So we're new and learning (painfully) that sometimes things don't go as smoothly as one would like. If you happen to experience one of those moments, tell us. We're doing everything we can to get it right, but we certainly want to know when we're not.

We want our customers to help us creat the best possible service. Was your driver discourteous, did he honk and irritate you or your neighbors? Was he late? Did he overcharge? Did he drive too fast or get lost? Let us know, and we will make sure that your comments will be heard- and also acted upon.
